ABOUT

As a queer woman of color, I understand what it feels like to move through the world carrying layers of identity, expectation, and resilience. Many of us learned to stay strong for others or soften parts of who we are in order to adapt. Over time, that emotional labor becomes heavy to hold alone.

I support adults who are ready to slow down and make room for their emotional needs. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, identity exploration, or the weight of early experiences that still shape how they show up today. You don’t need perfect words in therapy — just honesty at your own pace.

Together, we explore your emotional landscape, reconnect with what you need, and build internal steadiness so you can move through life with more clarity and confidence.

APPROACH

My approach is relational, culturally aware, and trauma-informed. I use emotion-focused work to help you understand the emotional layers beneath your experiences, CBT to support coping and grounding, narrative therapy to reframe old stories, and Solution-Focused strategies to promote meaningful change.

Sessions feel steady and conversational, creating space for gradual insight and growth. My goal is to help you move from emotional survival toward emotional alignment and connection.
