About Me:

As a first-generation queer Latina, my lived experiences have shaped both my personal and professional journey. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds—including students, LGBTQ+ communities, older adult veterans, unhoused individuals, youth in the juvenile system, incarcerated adults, and people navigating major life transitions.

I believe therapy should be a safe and affirming space where you can be seen, heard, and supported exactly as you are. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and cultural humility. Together, we’ll slow down, get curious about the patterns that shape your life, and create new ways of coping, connecting, and growing.

I support clients navigating:

·       Anxiety and stress — understanding the thoughts and pressures that keep you feeling stuck

·       Identity exploration — navigating questions of who you are and where you belong

·       Life transitions — adjusting to major shifts in relationships, career, or sense of self

·       Healing from difficult experiences — processing past wounds and building emotional resilience

Clients describe me as warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. Sessions with me often feel like real conversations where you can show up fully as yourself—not just your “presenting problem.” My goal is to help you feel less alone, more empowered, and confident in your ability to create change.

I currently see clients via secure telehealth across California, with flexible availability. The best way to reach me is by email. I offer a free 15-minute consultation and typically respond within 24 hours.
