About New Normal Collective
New Normal Collective was founded by Dr. Keyon Anderson, LCSW, and Jordan Le Blanc, LCSW—two Black, Queer therapists who wanted to create the kind of practice they once needed: a space where people can show up fully, be seen for who they are, and heal without having to explain themselves first.
We built NNC to challenge the idea that therapy has to feel clinical or disconnected. Our goal was to create a collective that feels human, grounded, and accessible—where clients and therapists alike can bring their full selves into the work.
Rooted in cultural awareness and trauma-informed care, our practice offers therapy that centers identity, lived experience, and the power of relationship. We meet clients where they are, helping them slow down, understand their patterns, and move toward the life and connections they want to build.
Why We Do This Work
We know what it’s like to move through spaces where you don’t always see yourself reflected.
NNC was created so that more people—especially those from marginalized and intersecting identities—could experience therapy as a place of belonging, not correction.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationships, transitions, or identity exploration, our team is here to walk beside you with care, honesty, and intention.
Our Commitment
✔ Identity-Affirming Care – Therapy that honors who you are and how your story has shaped you.
✔ Accessible Healing – Virtual sessions for individuals, couples, and families across California.
✔ Collaborative Growth – Real conversations, practical tools, and a focus on lasting change.
Our Approach
Therapy at New Normal Collective is collaborative, reflective, and deeply human. We believe healing happens through curiosity, connection, and compassion.
Our work centers on helping clients slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
