ABOUT
You may be navigating a season of change that has left you questioning who you are, what you need, or where you’re headed. Career changes, parenthood, grief and loss, recovery, or questions of identity can shift the way you see yourself and make old ways of coping feel less sustainable.
I believe therapy is about understanding the whole person. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use and recovery, identity exploration, and life transitions. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences, relationships, emotions, and patterns have shaped where you are today.
I believe you already carry strengths and wisdom that have helped you through difficult seasons. My role is to help you reconnect with those strengths, better understand what may no longer be serving you, and move forward with greater clarity and connection.
APPROACH
I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be fully yourself. My style is supportive and nonjudgmental, while leaving room for honesty and appropriate challenge when it can help you grow.
I use an integrative, strengths-based approach tailored to your needs and goals. Our work may include exploring patterns, building practical coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and strengthening the connection between your mind and body. I draw from approaches including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and harm reduction when appropriate.
Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible. We’ll work together to understand what you need and identify changes that feel meaningful and sustainable for your life.
