ABOUT

Many people arrive in therapy after years of carrying emotional burdens alone — maintaining stability on the outside while feeling overwhelmed or disconnected inside. You may notice old relational patterns repeating, emotions that feel difficult to name, or stress that’s become harder to manage.

I work with adults who want a deeper understanding of themselves, especially those healing from childhood emotional wounds, relational trauma, and long-standing overwhelm. I also support women of color, men of color, and LGBTQIA+ adults who want a therapist who can hold cultural nuance gently while keeping the focus centered on their emotional needs.

Therapy with me offers steadiness and reflection. We slow the pace enough to understand the roots of your patterns, examine how they’ve shaped your relationships, and build tools that support emotional clarity and internal grounding.

APPROACH

My work blends trauma-informed care, psychodynamic exploration, and attachment-focused approaches. I integrate grounding tools from CBT, narrative reframing to shift unhelpful stories, and relational therapy to deepen self-understanding.

Clients describe my presence as thoughtful, steady, and grounding. Sessions balance insight with practical tools, helping you build emotional clarity, healthier patterns, and a more stable internal foundation.
