ABOUT

Maybe you’ve gotten used to looking like you have it all together while privately questioning whether you’re doing enough—or whether you’re enough. Your relationship with food and your body may feel exhausting, perfectionism may keep moving the goalpost, or stepping into a new career or chapter may have you questioning your confidence and sense of self.

I work with adults navigating disordered eating, body image concerns, perfectionism, self-doubt, self-worth, and life and career transitions. Together, we can explore the pressures and expectations shaping how you see yourself and begin separating who you are from who you feel you’re supposed to be.

I believe therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating space to understand yourself with greater compassion and build a more confident relationship with the person you already are.

APPROACH

My approach begins with understanding you—not judging the behaviors, thoughts, or patterns that brought you to therapy. We’ll explore what may be underneath them and how your experiences, expectations, and environment have shaped the relationship you have with yourself.

Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what to say or what needs to change. We can start with what feels difficult and work from there, building greater self-awareness, self-trust, and more sustainable ways of relating to yourself.

My goal is to help you create a life that feels less driven by pressure and perfection and more connected to your own needs, values, and sense of worth.
