ABOUT
As a bicultural daughter of immigrants, I understand the complexity of honoring where you come from while building who you’re becoming. Many of the people I support carry layered emotional histories — cultural expectations, intergenerational patterns, caregiving roles, and the pressure to remain strong even when things feel overwhelming.
I provide a culturally aligned, bilingual (Spanish–English) therapeutic space where clients can reflect, question, and reconnect with their own needs. My work centers individuals navigating relationship stress, identity shifts, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and family dynamics. You don’t need to shrink yourself or translate your experience — your full story is welcome here.
APPROACH
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and holistic. I integrate narrative therapy to help clients reclaim their stories, mindfulness practices to support grounding, and relational frameworks that honor the emotional and cultural context of each person’s experience.
Therapy is a collaborative process. We explore your emotional world together, build insight into long-standing patterns, and develop practices that support your healing, autonomy, and well-being.
